Blewitt Springs 2018 The first official collaboration with winemaker Matt Broomhead a Halliday Wine Companion 5* rated winery in 2019. A rigorous barrel selection resulted in just 10 barrels being bottled. Sam Kim of Wine Orbit scored the wine 94 Points 5* 'Outstanding quality ' ‘Deep, dark and brooding, this gorgeous shiraz show black/blueberry. Black Doris plum, cocoa and cedar characters on the nose with a delightful touch of pepper spice. It’s concentrated and wonderfully weighted on the palate with excellent fruit intensity backed by supple mouthfeel and polished tannins, finishing long and delectable’. SOLD OUT |

Gisborne 2014 Inspired by the Nobilo single vineyard Gisborne reserve Chardonnays of the late 80's early 90's. A small parcel of quality mendoza clone Chardonnay was sourced from a single vineyard in the Ormond district. Meticulously hand harvested then barrel fermented in French oak for 9 months. SOLD OUT

MT HILLARY
Clare Valley 2013 An afternoon in May 2010 spent sampling an array of Shiraz barrels in the McLaren Vale with Andrew Buttery and Mike Brown set the Mt Hillary wheels in motion. The debut vintage 2009 McLaren Vale Shiraz achieving Cuisine Magazine No.1 Best Buy. Vintages '10, '12 and '13 followed as well as small select parcels of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc '10 and '11 and Marlborough barrel fermented Chardonnay '10. These wines being an honest reflection of the vintage, expressing true varietal character but ultimately show the stamp of the trusted winemaker. The 2013 Clare Valley Shiraz was poured on board Virgin Atlantic having been selected by prestigious London wine merchant, Berry Bros & Rudd. SOLD OUT |
